1. How can my customers book the vehicles online ?
Once you create a vehicle in Luxeride, you instantly get a unique booking link for this vehicle. You can then add this link directly on your website, or share it with customers who wish to book.
2. Can I take payments online?
Yes. Luxeride supports online payments via Stripe Connect. You can also securely keep a customer’s card on file, making it easy to charge post-rental add-ons like extra mileage, cleaning fees, damage, or late returns
3. Can I try Luxeride before subscribing to a paid plan
Yes. We offer a 14 day free trial which allows you to get full access to Luxeride's features.
4. How does automated driver license verification work ?
After booking, your customer will receive a secure link by email to verify his driver license. He'll be prompted to take a picture of his driver license (front + back) and upload a selfie. You then get the verification status directly in your dashboard. Driver license verifications are Powered by Veriff, the gold standard in identity verification,
